and leagues better QB than Lamar Jackson. I still don’t get why there is SO much hype about LJax. He can run, but you take that away from him and he can’t do chit. And time takes the run away from every player.
Deshaun Watson can be patient and go through his progressions AND extend a play with his legs if he has to. And he often chooses to throw by keeping his eyes downfield on such a play rather than committing to a run to make the play. There’s longevity in that wisdom. DW smart that way.
Lamar is the darling right now, Buffalo gave teams an idea how to stop him. Next year he won't be so effective plus a huge extension coming (which is a mistake) he'll fade.
I think 2019 Titans also gave the blue print on how to stop LJ. Buffalo did the same game plan and even better.

It says he requested it officially weeks ago. So Texans fans were lied to. Houston is a mess over Jack Easterby, Watson, Springer, Harden somewhat and now the hiring of a head coach that was on no ones radar and he was in charge of the passing part of the Ravens offense. Curley was John’s Allen’s QB coach in his first year, his worst year. In 2014 was the Asst Head Coach and Wide Receivers Coach for the KC Chiefs and in that year the WRs scored NO TOUCHDOWNS. Not 1. But he is a evidently a good Christian and will change the culture in the Houston locker room.

Most Texans fans are done with this hire. But there was literally a fan who stated Culley was responsible for transforming LJ into a dual threat QB. LOL.
Rumor out there now that the entire NFL thinks this guy is a whack job and it’s actually worse than we know. The other rumor , which would explain Watsons issue is that he had a weird text convo with Watson and when Watson got mad and stopped responding Easterby then contacted Watsons mother and spoke with her about his concern for Watsons life choices. Watson is a growd ass man. Who does that ? It sounds like the Texans are building a cult down at NRG Stadium.
Easterby has the ear of Cal McNair and isn’t going anywhere it appears.
They will need to change the name to M-T stadium pretty soon.
