Well I'm about to be away from the computer for a little bit. I'll have my phone on me though so if TST happens to make the pick someone just PM me.
 
I changed everything about my diet a month ago. being 23 and 285 isn't fun. Used to drink about 2 2 liters a day. Now its nothing but water. Got a gym membership a week ago and try to do an hour of cardio at least 4 times a week try to do 5
You want to lose weight? Water, no carbs, and jump rope for an hour before breakfast everyday and that shit will fall off. Oh stay away from the sugar too. A little natural sugar is ok tho.
