I liked the soundtrack a lot also. But I have a crazy diverse taste in musics.

I liked some of the songs... but the one that won Best Song, I expected more. It seemed very typical of a lot of songs written these days. Nothing new or special.
Give me Springsteen's song from The Wrestler any day over that one.

"The Wrestler" song is in the closing credits only. Incredible song and incredible movie.
It was the one that was actually nominated... closing credits - actually, Bruce was with the crew at the Golden Globes ceremony.

Loved it, but I'm a sucker for any common sense approach to faith and religion that ends up as a documentary. Truly shows how scary it is when people are simply living to die, and how they'll kill the rest of us.

Gloat, have you seen Jesus Camp yet? You might enjoy that film. I found it more frightening than entertaining however. :ha:
Yeah. That one was terrifying. The kid with the rat-tail gave me nightmares.

I liked this movie. I just wish they had time to develop the characters a little more. There is no doubt in my mind that they could make this a primetime TV series that did just that.

in the bar, Mickey and Marisa were singing Ratt
i thought it was one of the better scenes in the whole movie, and it ended up as one of the worst
