You think he'd want to come back after the manner his tenure ended as Head Coach? He was given the ultimatum to fire his staff or get out of dodge. He was shown the door with a boot to the ass when he refused.

Evan Neal was the first tackle drafted in 2022 and is the lowest graded of ALL tackles drafted that year. He's a total bust. Solid OT can be found in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th with the right GM picking.
Four of the top 25 graded tackles in the league were drafted in the 7th round.

nevermind that where the titans are going to end up, it’s like the #1 T (possible still at #6) and the #2 tackle. I have serious doubts the 4 T are picked top 5.
