Pederson is also an absolute top tier head coach whom players loveThat article is idiotic. The guy states that if Pederson was OC under Reid and given a HC job, why shouldn’t Bienemy be given a head coaching job too. Leaving out the part that after a 1–5 start in 2015, Andy Reid gave Pederson play calling duties and the Chiefs proceeded to win their last 10 games! Pederson was hired as the Eagles coach immediately after that. Kind of a massive difference seeing as Bienemy has NEVER called plays.
A few articles state other wise but good inputBecause he's a pos and interviews like **** supposedly

Nick Sirianni didn’t call plays for the Colts when the Eagles hired him, Zac Taylor and Kevin O’Connell didn’t call plays for the Rams under McVay.

Already don’t like this guy. Going to be more of the same BS.
Who? I don’t remember anyone saying that. And there are some people who think this is a good hire.
If anything, I think this thread went straight into disappointment when it was announced.
I agree. Vrabel announcing the understudy of a dumba$$ will be an improvement is disingenuous at best.

12 teams have never won the Super Bowl. 4 teams... the Browns, Lions, Jags, and Texans... have never appeared in a Super Bowl . Browns and Lions are OGs in the NFL. Of the championship teams, 5 teams have only won it once.I stand corrected, Amy Adams Strunk. But I would challenge the notion that "everything's changed". Oilers / Titans have one Super Bowl appearance and lost. Aside from that all has been completely the same. Some .500 seasons mixed in with "one and done" playoff appearances. And every 10 years they might win one playoff game. Nothing has changed. Just "we'll get em next year" and our devoted fans filled with hopeium. I know what to expect every year, but you all deserve a super bowl win!
A reason we all love this game is because it's hard. It's a short season. Injuries happen. It's not a best-of-7 playoffs. Anything can happen. Because of the cap structure and draft, good teams can collapse and bad teams can turn things around. Dynasties are difficult to maintain (TB12 the exception). It makes winning it all worthwhile end exiting, but it's still very difficult.
Just because they Titans haven't won a Super Bowl doesn't mean things haven't turned around. Ms. Amy is definitely making changes and putting her money where her mouth is. If you want to focus on last year and ignore all the progress, including 2 or 3 legit changes in the playoffs during her tenure, then that's just personal choice at this point.
Literally what I was about to type. I though maybe he was just following Vrabel's ethos but great follow-ups by PK.
...Yikes. I like coached that take on personal responsibility even if it isn't their fault.
No mention of Luke Steckel going to the Bears as Assistant Offensive Line Coach? We just "promoted" him to (whatever make belief) title we gave him. Assistant OL??? Seems like a step down. Maybe it's not a big deal. Maybe it's just more money for the kid. But maybe he's trying to get the heck out of doge.
yeah... not reallyAnd there are some people who think this is a good hire.
there are some willing to give it a chance some even with an open mind
only vrable & kelly happy with this move
If Kelly is as bad as some think he might be, wouldn’t this be a danger to Mike keeping his job?
Or will they give them two or three seasons?
Or will they give them two or three seasons?
Amy is not playing she has new stadium coming, we shall see and she wants to win.
If the offense is terrible again due to his refusal to hire from outside, he’s history. If Kelly is as bad as some think he might be, wouldn’t this be a danger to Mike keeping his job?

That’s what I was thinking. He better see something everyone else didntIf the offense is terrible again due to his refusal to hire from outside, he’s history.
Vrabel went to a afc championship game and has won the conference a couple of times. In his mind his offense is fantastic. If Kelly is as bad as some think he might be, wouldn’t this be a danger to Mike keeping his job?
Or will they give them two or three seasons?
