Art calls the stupid pitch to the short side of the field at least 4 times a game and it doesn't work. He also refuses to leave henry on the field on 3rd down which gives any element of surprise away

Henry on 3rd down is good until tanne gets blown up cause he whiffed on a block. Henry in the pass game has been by far his biggest Achilles heel in his career.
I don’t think Smith sucks but I do think the talent we have on that side of the ball makes him look better than he is. I wouldn’t be surprised if he went elsewhere and fell flat on his face.

Vrabel just has it in his head that 3rd down back is supposed to be a little D. Lewis type back and has never given Henry much of a chance to prove himself one way or another.

1. Arthur Smith is a great OC and it would be a huge loss if he moves on.
2. I am also confused why we take Henry off the field on basically every 3rd down.
